Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order. We use Royal Mail to deliver all UK orders.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 to 2 working days (where selected)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Tracking
If you've selected a tracked service, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage costs may apply before it can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch. We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
